We had a really pleasant time there. The pool is very good, the room was clean, the breakfast was outstanding. The personal was kind and very helpful. The restaurant is decent (i recommend the bar, they have a good variety of drinks, the food is ok, but not wow). The hotel is located in the city center, a lot of restaurants, bars and clubs are nearby. The seaside is also near. Sadly the pool closes at 6pm.
The hotel was in a perfect location and had a nice pool area. The breakfast and staff were nice especially at reception area (and the lady with the red short curly hair and glasses who was so lovely). Also the cleaners, even though they had passed your room when you had the 'do not disturb ' sign on the door, once you took it off later that morning, they would still clean the room which was really good of them. However, the bedding and towels, whenever I'd get new ones, they all had marks or dirt on them. The chair and lampshade also looked like it needed renewing as had stains on it. As well as this, my room was right above the hotel bar which was playing loud music until 2am. I was not aware of this and the room was still very expensive despite the fact it can be hard to sleep with being right above the bar which has a DJ every night. They should make these rooms cheaper and make people aware that it will be above the bar as you don't expect this when you're booking a hotel that is expensive. Not only that, one of the nights when we went to go to the bar, the inside entrance that you usually enter by was closed, therefore we had to use the front entrance to the be told it's too busy (as public can use it too), but the bar was half empty inside and when it is this expensive again you expect more. Overall though, was still a pleasurable experience.
All good things come to an end, For the past week, we have lived a dream life, in perfect surroundings, surrounded by the sweetest people,
Our best recommendations for Hotel Napa Plaza. Everything has been good, a big thank you to the smiling staff, everyone has helped make our holiday perfect. We can only recommend all inclusive. The 3 restaurants that you can visit have a high standard. Pepper bar was our favourite, it was an evening that all guests should experience. Sale e Pepe Italian temptations, here too everything was impeccable Café Central, large portions but high standard. The food at the hotel is impeccable, there is a large selection. Ritual lounge Soma is a dream place, good drinks, good menu, relaxed lounge atmosphere when you want to enjoy a cold drink before enjoying the fresh water of the pool. A big thank you must go from 2 Danish tourists who stayed in room 167.
I am in love with Napa Plaza. From the moment we checked in at the hotel to the moment we left, we had a great experience thanks to the reception, waiters, bartenders - everyone was extremely sweet and helpful.
If you’re thinking of staying at Napa Plaza, consider choosing All Inclusive. You will love the food, the drinks and all 3 a la carte restaurants you get to dine in. Especially Pepper Bar was my personal favorite, you can even choose to party there on a Friday night thanks to their great DJ :)
We will definitely come back!
What makes the Napa Plaza area a just not the hotel and fantastic location for everything, it is the staff. They are absolutely brilliant. They are there to make you enjoy your holiday and you will want to go again. Adult only with a lovely pool. I gave a well deserved overall
5 stars. I only gave 4 for the rooms as the shower was in the bath but we knew this and we went back. Food here is excellent. The pool bar is a must. They mix real cocktails. Huge shout out to all the reception staff and to out mate Parat who is the best barman in Ayia Napa.
Top class hotel.
Situated in the heart of AYIA NAPA this hotel is surprisingly quite considering the night life going on around it.
The rooms are very nice and spacious and clean.
The pool is first class and lovely and warm, and getting a sun bed is no brother.
Food here really is top class , large portions and very tasty... a very good menu to choose from.
The drinks are great and proper branded names , Jack Daniels ect. , cocktails are delicious.
There's a great eating area by the pool.
There's a well equipped gym if needed.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
A very relaxing place and you'll be pushed to find a better place.
Will definitely be back .
I Can fully recommend this hotel to anyone. The food and drinks are top quality and The facilities are great. The rooms Can use an upgrade but its nothing to worry about at all. We had The all inclusive package which is definitely worth it.
What really brings this to 5 or even 6 stars is The staff. Everyone in reception was so helpful and in The bars and cafés we had such a good experience with Hamis and Ozan - and The rest of them all.
Thank you, we are strongly considering coming even though we dont go The same place twice.
Check in quick and easy, staff really nice, got a late checkout for a small fee. Had a room with a terrace, it was nice and quiet all be it with zero view. 2 sun beds, table and chairs, umbrella. Given the time of year (October) we only got a small strip of sun, assume its better earlier in the year so be aware.
Room was a decent hotel size. Bit tired, old TV so couldn't use my firestick for Netflix. Towels could use being renewed. Bath with a shower, and screen, water pressure was rubbish, and drainage even worse.
Lovely pool, very popular so beds were at a premium. Pool towels great, and good size.
Buffet restaurant was fine, typical breakfast, good relaxed atmosphere, staff attentive and Brough drinks as needed.
Used the Sale e Pepe restaurant as part of the AI offer, really nice, Pepper not so much, so stuck with the buffet. Lunch in the relaxed Suma longe was good, fantastic pizza.
Good AI selection of drinks and cocktails, and relaxing lounge/bar away from the madness.
Location wise, in a busy area but not in the part zine do all good. About 10 mins lazy walk to the beach. About 10 mins to get to the more party area like Cocco Bongo.
